How it works
Half the face. The same swing.
The JURO FOCUS™ is built to the weight and balance of a normal padel racket, with a head cut down by half.
- 0150%
Half-size head
The face is 50% smaller than a standard padel racket.
- 02
Contact in the centre
The sweet spot sits in roughly the middle of the face, so the ball has to be met close to the centre.
- 03
The swing does not change
350 g with a 238 mm balance, close to a normal padel racket. Only the head size is different.
The idea
We reduced the racket to just the sweet spot.
The head is 50% smaller than a standard padel racket, so the hitting area is roughly the centre of the face.
The format
Train small. Play big.
Shorter and lighter than a full-size padel racket, with a head cut down by half. Weight and balance stay close to a normal racket, so the swing does not change.
How to use it
Part of every session.
Warm up and drill with the FOCUS™, then play with your own racket.
- 01
Warm up
Start the session with the FOCUS™ instead of your match racket.
- 02
Drill
Repeat a single shot on a smaller face, then keep going.
- 03
Then switch
Play the match with your normal racket. The FOCUS™ is a training tool, not a replacement.

My smash used to fly anywhere. After a week with this, my contact is so much cleaner. Switching back to my normal racket feels like cheating.

I use it as a warm-up tool with every student. 10 minutes with the small racket and their consistency jumps immediately. Brilliant coaching aid.

Honestly humbling at first. But that's the point. It exposes exactly where you're sloppy. My volleys have never been tighter.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Everything players ask before ordering.
Who is it for?
Any player who wants to train their contact. Coaches use it with students, club players use it in warm-up. It is not a beginner’s racket or an advanced player’s racket. The head size is the only thing that differs from a normal one.
Is it a replacement for my match racket?
No. It is a training racket. Warm up or drill with the FOCUS™, then play your match with your normal racket.
How do I train with it?
Warm up and drill with the FOCUS™, then switch. It is built to the same weight and balance as a normal racket, so moving between the two does not change your swing.
What is it made of?
Full carbon with an EVA foam core and a textured surface. 350 g, 238 mm balance, 42 cm long, 3.8 cm thick, seven-hole face.
Can I use it in a match?
Socially, nothing stops you, and plenty of players do. It is designed as a training racket rather than for competition. If you play sanctioned matches, check your federation’s equipment rules first.
What comes in the box?
The racket and a frame protector shaped for the FOCUS™ head. The first 100 orders of the first run also include a JURO T-shirt, counted in the order they are placed.
When does it ship, and how does the pre-order work?
The first run ships by end of September 2026. Payment is taken today and the racket is dispatched as soon as that run arrives. You can cancel any time before it ships for a full refund.
