What these terms cover
They apply to every order placed through juropadel.com. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you accept them.
They are written for consumers. If you are buying in the course of a business, the right of withdrawal in our Refund policy does not apply to you, and Danish law on commercial sales governs instead.
The product
The JURO FOCUS is a training racket. The head is 50% smaller than a standard padel racket. It weighs 350 g with a 238 mm balance, measures 42 cm long and 3.8 cm thick, and has a seven-hole face. It is made from full carbon with an EVA foam core.
It is intended for warm-up and drills. It is not sold as a replacement for a match racket.
Photographs and the 3D viewer on the site show the product as accurately as we can render it. Small variations in finish between the images and the racket you receive are normal in a manufactured product.
Pre-orders
The first production run has not been manufactured yet. When you order now:
- Payment is taken in full at checkout, not on dispatch.
- The racket is dispatched when the first run arrives with us.
- The expected dispatch date is the end of September 2026. By placing a pre-order you agree to this delivery date, which is later than the 30 days that would otherwise apply by default.
If the date moves, we will email you as soon as we know. If a delay is one you are not willing to accept, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Email contact@juropadel.com with your order number. This is in addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery, not instead of it.
Prices
Prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) for Denmark and euro (EUR) elsewhere in the EU, and include Danish VAT.
Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Nothing is charged that you have not seen first.
For deliveries outside the EU, import duty and local taxes may be charged on arrival by your own country's authorities. Those are not included in our price and are yours to pay. We cannot tell you the amount in advance — it depends on your country.
If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place, for example — we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you and you can either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received it, not acceptance.
The contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline the order — for example if the item is unavailable or we cannot take payment.
Payment
Payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. The methods available to you are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
See our Shipping policy for destinations, costs and times.
Risk passes to you when you, or someone you name, take physical possession of the goods. If the carrier loses or damages a parcel before then, that is ours to resolve, not yours.
Returns and faults
Your 14-day right of withdrawal and your 24-month right to complain about defects are set out in full in our Refund policy. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you; return postage for a faulty racket is paid by us.
Our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
Beyond that, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made.
The racket is sold for recreational sport. Play sensibly and within your ability. We are not liable for injury arising from use.
Intellectual property
The appearance of the JURO FOCUS is protected as EU registered design 015133331-0001. The JURO name, logo and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Governing law
Danish law governs these terms. Disputes go to the Danish courts.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
