Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14 days run from the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the racket — not from the day you order. If you pre-order, the period does not begin until the racket is actually delivered to you.

To exercise the right, tell us clearly that you are withdrawing. An email to contact@juropadel.com is enough. You can use the form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to. Sending the racket back without a message also counts, as long as it arrives within the deadline.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your message, or the racket, before the 14 days are up.

Sending the racket back

Send it back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing.

You pay the cost of returning the racket. We do not provide a prepaid label for a change of mind. Choose a tracked service — until it reaches us, proof that you sent it is what protects you.

Include the racket, the frame protector and any other item that came in the box. Keep proof of postage until the refund arrives.

Handling the racket

You may handle and inspect the racket the way you could in a shop — pick it up, feel the weight and balance, check the grip.

If you handle it beyond that and the value drops as a result, we may deduct the difference from your refund. Hitting balls with it is beyond inspection: a racket with court marks, scuffs on the frame or wear on the face is worth less than a new one, and the deduction reflects that.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal message.

We may hold the refund until we have the racket back, or until you show proof that you have sent it, whichever happens first.

We refund the full price plus the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard cost, not the premium. The cost of sending the racket back to us is not refunded.

The refund goes back by the same payment method you used. It costs you nothing.

Cancelling a pre-order before it ships

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Email contact@juropadel.com with your order number.

This is in addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal above, not instead of it. Cancelling before dispatch costs you nothing at all, because there is nothing to send back.

Faulty or wrong items — this is separate

The right of withdrawal above is your right to change your mind. It is not the same as your rights when something is wrong with the racket, and it does not replace them.

Under Danish law you have 24 months to complain about a defect that was present when the racket was delivered. If a defect appears within the first 12 months, it is assumed to have been there at delivery unless we can show otherwise.

Where a valid complaint applies, you can have the racket repaired, replaced, the price reduced, or the purchase cancelled, depending on the situation. We cover the reasonable cost of returning a faulty racket — this is the one case where return postage is on us.

Normal wear from playing is not a defect. Neither is damage from an accident, misuse, or modification.

If something is wrong, email contact@juropadel.com with your order number and photographs. Do it within a reasonable time of noticing — within two months is always reasonable.

Complaints

Email us first at contact@juropadel.com. We would rather fix it directly.

If we cannot agree, you can take the complaint to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark — naevneneshus.dk.

If you live in another EU country you can also complain through the consumer dispute body in your own country.

You only need this if you want it. An ordinary email works just as well.
