Design right

The appearance of the JURO FOCUS is protected as EU registered design 015133331-0001, registered with the EUIPO on 12 February 2026. The registration covers the appearance of the product and is verifiable in the EUIPO register under that number.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Please email contact@juropadel.com first. Most things are quicker to fix directly.

If we cannot reach agreement, you can bring the complaint to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (naevneneshus.dk). If mediation there does not resolve it, the case can go on to Forbrugerklagenævnet.

Consumers resident in another EU country may also use the consumer dispute body in their own country.
