When your order ships

The JURO FOCUS is sold as a pre-order. The first production run is expected to dispatch at the end of September 2026.

Orders are dispatched in the sequence they were placed. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Where we ship

We ship to Denmark, to the countries of the European Union, and to a further group of countries including the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan.

The full list is the one shown at checkout. If your country does not appear, we cannot currently ship there.

What it costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your address, and shown to you before you pay. Nothing is charged that you have not seen first.

Delivery times

Transit times are estimates from the carrier, counted in working days from dispatch, not from when you order. They are not guarantees. Peak periods, customs and weather all cause delays we do not control.

The racket ships tracked. Total weight is about 450 g plus packaging.

Customs, duty and import VAT — outside the EU

For deliveries outside the EU, your own country may charge import duty, VAT or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. These are set by your authorities, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

They are yours to pay. If a parcel is refused and returned to us because import charges were not paid, we refund the price of the goods minus the shipping cost we actually incurred, both ways.

If something goes wrong

Nothing has arrived. Check the tracking link first. If the tracking has not moved for several working days, email contact@juropadel.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.

The parcel arrived damaged. Photograph the box before you open it if you can, and the contents afterwards. Send the photographs to contact@juropadel.com and we will replace the racket.

The address was wrong. Email us as soon as you notice. If the parcel has not been dispatched we can change it. If it has, we have to wait for it to come back before resending, and the second delivery is charged.

Until you take physical possession of the parcel, the risk is ours. A parcel lost in transit is our problem to solve, not yours.

Returns

Return shipping is covered in the Refund policy, together with your 14-day right of withdrawal.
